How to Register for Summer 2017 Registration:

Resident registration begins May 1, 2017. Non-Resident registration begins May 15, 2017.  The LIFE guide will be sent to Bellevue residents the week of April 14th.  Additional print copies are available at the Village offices.   

There are three other ways to register for our programs.

Mail-In:

Mail your completed registration form with payment to:

Walk-In:

Registrations will be accepted in person Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm at the Village Offices.

After Hours Drop-Off:

After normal office hours, your registration form with payment may be placed in the drop box located next to the front door of the Village Offices at 2828 Allouez Avenue for your convenience.

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If a program has reached its maximum enrollment, a waiting list will be created. For answers to more questions please review our Program Registration FAQs sheet.

Village Residents receive priority registration the first two weeks of registration. After the first two weeks, open enrollment begins and all registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
